• Explicit Consent: When introducing your verified buying criteria or off-market cellar assets to a pre-qualified counterparty (Buyer/Seller) within the scope of a formal introduction.

• Legal Compliance: When strictly required by Swiss federal legislation or Swiss judicial authorities.

• Third-Party Advisors: With trusted legal, logistical, or professional authentication experts (e.g., bonded warehouse managers, temperature-controlled transit specialists, oenological appraisers) engaged by the parties themselves, always bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

Due to the highly sensitive nature of high-value wine and spirits transactions and off-market portfolio transfers:

• We utilize encrypted channels for the exchange of sensitive documentation and cellar manifests. 

• All digital data is hosted on secure servers benefiting from the robust legal protections and regulatory oversight of the Swiss Jurisdiction.

• We enforce zero public indexing: your assets or identity will never leave a digital footprint on open web portals or social media channels.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and portfolio documentation only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational requirements of your introduction, or as mandated by Swiss statutory record-keeping obligations. If an introduction does not materialize into a formal agreement, your sensitive data is permanently and securely purged from our active files.
