TERMS OF USE

Welcome to MAISON RARE WINES. This website is operated and managed by Da Costa Strategic Partner, a consultancy firm based in Switzerland. By accessing this website and our private brokerage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

1. The Intermediary Role

• Maison Rare Wines, under the management of Da Costa Strategic Partner, acts exclusively as a private intermediary and strategic facilitator (The Strategic Bridge).

• We do not hold public stock, own the liquid assets listed, nor do we act as a traditional retail wine merchant or e-commerce stockist.

• Our role is strictly to identify, source, and negotiate private mandates between Principals (Buyers) and Owners/Suppliers (Sellers).

• Any transaction resulting from our intermediation is subject to a separate, formal Bespoke Mandate Agreement and a transparent Success-Based Fee structure.

2. Client Verification & KYC (Know Your Customer)

To maintain the integrity of our off-market ecosystem:

• Access to sensitive asset data, serial numbers, maintenance logs, or private viewings is strictly contingent upon identity verification and Proof of Funds (POF).

• Da Costa Strategic Partner reserves the right to refuse service to any party that fails to meet our internal compliance and due diligence standards.

3. Strict Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure)

• All information provided by Maison Rare Wines regarding "Off-Market" allocations or "Private Treaty" cellars is highly confidential.

• Clients and professional partners agree not to disclose asset details, pricing, bottle serial numbers, or owner provenance to any third party without explicit written authorization from Da Costa Strategic Partner.

• Unauthorized circumvention of our intermediary role is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement under Swiss law.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we enforce rigorous preliminary due diligence and provenance auditing on all managed mandates:

• Technical descriptions, storage logs, and valuation benchmarks are based on data provided by respective owners, bonded warehouses, or independent oenological experts.

• Da Costa Strategic Partner shall not be held liable for undisclosed cellar defects, inaccuracies in seller-provided historical data, or post-transit condition changes. We strongly recommend independent professional inspections and temperature-monitored logistics for all high-value acquisitions.

5. Intellectual Property

The brands Vestigia, Torque Heritage, Patrimonia Domus, Antiqua Mundi, and Maison Rare Wines are proprietary subdivisions of the Opulentia Suisse ecosystem. All content, logos, and strategic structures are the intellectual property of Da Costa Strategic Partner.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valais, Switzerland.

Formal mandates are initiated following a preliminary compliance review . 

Maison Rare Wines is a discreet oenological bridge. We do not maintain a public inventory. We manage mandates.
